Dr. Aristides De la Hera
Aristides De la Hera, MD, FACC is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology and is Certified by the Federation of State Medical Boards of the United States of American (FLEX) and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG). He is Certified by the American College of Cardiology for EKG and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. De la Hera earned his Medical Degree from the Universidad Central Del Este Facultad De Ciencias Medicas in San Pedro De Macoris, Dominican Republic. He completed his Post Doctoral Research Fellowship in the Clinical Electrophysiology, Division of Cardiology at the University of Miami. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Internal Medicine Residency at the Christ Hospital and Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL, where he was honored with the Resident of the Year Award. Dr. De la Hera received his Cardiology Fellowship training at the Jackson Memorial and the Miami Veterans Administration Hospital.
Dr. De la Hera is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Cardiovascular Disease, and the American Board of Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Inter-American College of Physicians and Surgeons.
